Real estate developer, wasl Asset Management Group, has awarded the enabling works contract to Dubai-based Kele Contracting for phase one of its master development, wasl1.
Hills & Fort Construction is also on site managing the infrastructure for the entire development, which is taking shape as part of wasls growing freehold portfolio.

Phase 1 of the project Park Gate Residences is located adjacent to Zabeel Park, where tenants will find contemporary apartments in four residential towers on two podiums. The 746 units offer tenants
the option of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments as well as podium townhouses and penthouses, all of which overlook the green gardens of Zabeel Park.
Residents will find amenities including lawn areas, a swimming pool, and water features. Park Gate Residences will feature childrens play areas on the podium roofs; a fully-equipped gymnasium with changing rooms, a multi-purpose hall, and another childrens play area; and an entire landscaped area between the podiums with water features and a terrace with cafés and restaurants.
Park Gate Residences will also provide tenants with 1,000 parking spaces in two basement and four podium level car parks. The project also encompasses 2,322 sqm of leasable retail area.
