Dubai-based developer, Azizi Developments, has picked up the pace of construction across its various projects in Al Furjan and announced that Azizi Farishta serviced apartments will be delivered ahead of schedule in Q2 2018.
Launched in November 2016, the AED255mn Azizi Farishta will offer a total of 284 fully-serviced apartments including 137 studios, 124 one-bedroom units, and 23 two-bedroom units with a retail space of 668sqm. Azizi Farishta apartments will also feature 24-hour valet parking service, a podium level open restaurant and café, a spa, a
gymnasium, and other high-end hotel facilities.

The communitys features include retail centres such as Al Furjan Pavilion and Al Furjan West Pavilion, landscaped gardens, and easy access to public transportation. Located between Sheikh Zayed Road and Mohammed bin Rashid Road, Al Furjan also provides residents with easy access to Dubais attractions and business districts.
Azizi Developments has demonstrated a faster pace of developing projects across the city. Both the AED350mn Aliyah Residences by Azizi in Dubai Healthcare City and the AED780mn Mina by Azizi project on the Palm Jumeirah have progressed ahead of schedule and will be completed in Q2 and Q3 2018 respectively, along with other projects in Dubai Healthcare City, Palm Jumeirah, Al Furjan, and Jebel Ali. Additionally, phases 3 and 4 of Azizi Developments flagship project, the AED12bn Azizi Riviera are scheduled to begin this month.
