Community solutions provider Ejadah won three awards at the Customer Centricity World Series Awards that took place virtually on Wednesday, 19 May.
Ejadah won the Gold Award for ‘Complaint Handling’ and Highly Commended for ‘Best Contact Center’ and ‘Best Customer Experience team’.
The Customer Centricity World Series is the ultimate gathering of Customer Centric Organizations from around the Globe. The event, run by ARCET Global had over 300 entries from over 110 companies across 38 countries.
After a competitive shortlisting, 154 finalist entries were evaluated by panels of independent experts’ judges.
