Emrill has signed a three-year integrated facilities management contract with Dubai development, The Beach.
The company will provide maintenance and housekeeping services along with a range of other services which include waste management, generator and BMS maintenance to the development.
Meraas owned The Beach, opposite Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), has over 70 restaurants, retail and entertainment outlets.
Emrill did not reveal the value of the contract.
