KEO International Consultants has been selected to provide master planning and infrastructure consultancy services for the Dubai Maritime City (DMC).
DMC is a mixed-use development located in Dubai and divided into two parts: a commercial and an industrial district.
The DMC master planning and infrastructure project will support the organisations vision, which aims to capitalise on Dubais market strengths and position it as a regional and global maritime hub. The project intends to create an urban lifestyle for the maritime community.

KEO’s consultancy services will include the development of the DMC final master plan, infrastructure master plan and traffic studies as well as the preparation of infrastructure design and build documentation for the first phase of the project.

The contract was signed during a recent ceremony attended by members of the key stakeholders involved in the project including Ali bin Towaih Al Suwaidi, general manager of the DMC; Fadil Binshafi, KEO Dubai partner; Glenn Platt, managing director of KEO-Infrastructure; Glen Sullivan, KEOs director of infrastructure services; Gamal Ahmed, KEOs business development manager of infrastructure and Prathish Unni, senior project manager in the Infrastructure Division.
