Meraas and Caesars Entertainment Corporation signed an agreement to bring two luxury hotels, a conference centre, and a beach club to Bluewaters.
For Caesars Entertainment, Bluewaters will be the first project in its plan to expand into new markets through licensing and management arrangements. Caesars Entertainment plans to offer new experiences in Dubai by applying its approach to operating integrated leisure and hospitality resorts, offering a unique mix of live entertainment, gourmet celebrity restaurants, and the highest-level of service to Bluewaters guests.

Caesars Entertainments entry into the region through Bluewaters is anticipated to boost the tourism industry by bringing in novelty experiences and a unique savoir-faire to the leisure and entertainment offering.
Caesars Entertainment will operate the two luxury hotels on Bluewaters. The hotels are expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2018. The 178-key Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai will be the worlds second Caesars Palace. It will feature one indoor and two outdoor swimming pools, a 630sqm spa and a health centre with views of Ain Dubai, as well as six restaurants. The property will also include a dedicated event hall, a well-appointed meeting room, and a business centre. It will also offer conference services and facilities. Caesars Bluewaters Dubai, the second hotel, will feature 301 rooms, two outdoor swimming pools, three restaurants, three meeting rooms equipped to provide business services, and an 850sqm event hall. Both hotels will have an array of excellent amenities and services and offer direct access to a 450m private beach.
