Modon Properties (Modon), mandated by the Abu Dhabi government to develop real estate, tourist, and housing projects in the capital, announced that Emiratis can begin to sign pre-agreements as of July 2018 at its dedicated sales centre.
Modon is offering a broad collection of villa designs in line with international standards, which have been approved by the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities. The various villa designs and finishes have been developed to cater to the different needs, requirements, and preferences of the Emirati family.
Commenting on the announcement, Abdulla Al Sahi, CEO of Modon, said: Emirati nationals can now design their villas based on their needs and budgets. The commitment free pre-agreement will enable us to provide a detailed quotation of the villa preference submitted within 10 weeks. These pre-agreements will also ensure that Emiratis choose their dream homes in line with their budgets, without any unexpected costs.
Emiratis who choose to appoint Modon will be guaranteed a streamlined process to develop their homes, hassle-free and in line with the highest international standards. Modon will only use pre-qualified and suitable contractors and vendors to conduct the works.
Al Sahi added: Providing adequate housing to Emiratis is a key element and a clear expression of the wise leadership’s commitment to achieving social stability, guaranteeing the well-being of our citizens, and ensuring that they enjoy a better quality of life and the best standard of living. The satisfaction and happiness of Emiratis remain our utmost priority.
In March, Modon inaugurated its sales centre located in Al Bustan Tower. Work on the Modon Show Village, located in Khalifa City, is underway and will feature a collection of nine show villas designed with the Emirati family in mind alongside a sales centre. The Show Village will offer Emiratis the opportunity to truly experience their dream homes before singing their contracts.
