Mott MacDonald has appointed Christopher Seymour as development director for the Middle East and South East Asia, replacing Tim Evans who has retired after 20 years with the consultancy.
Christopher will be responsible for coordinating business planning and development activities across the regions. He has over 25 years’ experience in project and programme management, public private partnership (PPP) technical advice, project finance, procurement and risk management.
He has worked across a broad range of sectors including infrastructure, oil and gas, water, environment and property.

Christopher’s project experience includes the delivery of many major developments in the commercial and hospitality, infrastructure and defence sectors. He also has extensive experience in the procurement of construction and professional services contracts, as well as PPP projects.
David Cox, Mott MacDonald’s managing director for Middle East and South East Asia, said: “Christopher has a strong track record of delivering major projects in the Middle East, working in just about every major city in the region. His broad experience and customer focused approach will be a huge benefit to Mott MacDonald and the many sectors we operate in.”
