Red Sea Residences brings world-class architecture and five-star hospitality to luxury living by the Red Sea
Red Sea Global (RSG), the developer of The Red Sea and AMAALA, has introduced its luxury residential property brand, Red Sea Residences. Offering an exclusive opportunity to own part of its breathtaking destinations, Red Sea Residences sets new benchmarks in ultra-luxury living with homes designed by world-renowned architects and interior designers. Each residence seamlessly blends nature, comfort, and prestige while prioritizing sustainability.
“We’re pioneering a unique luxury residential market in Saudi Arabia, allowing residents to own a piece of the Red Sea while experiencing modern island and coastal living,” said John Pagano, Group CEO of RSG. “All Red Sea Residences homes are designed to enhance the surrounding environment and benefit nearby communities, delivering for people and the planet,” he added.

The first development under Red Sea Residences is located on the idyllic Shura Island at The Red Sea destination, with properties ready for handover at the end of 2025. Shura is the central hub island, home to 11 resorts, world-class amenities, and Saudi Arabia’s first 18-hole island golf course, Shura Links. Residents will enjoy seamless access to pristine beaches, vibrant retail districts, and fine dining experiences.
Two branded communities on Shura have been revealed: Four Seasons Private Residences, featuring 75 spacious three- to five-bedroom villas, and Ennismore’s SLS Residences, offering 15 sleek one- to four-bedroom residences. Also launching is Shura Marina Residences, which includes 36 apartments with expansive terraces and sea and marina views, providing direct access to the island’s high-end retail and dining options.
Beyond Shura, RSG is expanding its residential portfolio with future developments at AMAALA and an integrated resort island community set to launch in 2025. The Red Sea has already welcomed its first guests, with five hotels open and Red Sea International Airport (RSI) offering domestic and international flights. RSG is on track to complete all 16 hotels in Phase One of The Red Sea in 2025 and deliver nearly 450 luxury residences by the end of the year.
