UAE-based facilities management provider ServeU along with Emirates Post Group (EPG) won the Client-Contractor Partnership award at the Innovation in Facilities Management Awards 2021.
This recognition is a result of the collaboration signed between both parties, enabling ServeU to extend its wide array of services to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment for EPG’s employees and stakeholders.
The partnership was launched in January 2021 to provide complete facilities management services to EPG’s full portfolio across all seven emirates, and ServeU has achieved over 90% customer satisfaction ratings since then.
Under its scope of services, ServeU went fully digital where maintenance, disinfection, and reactive tasks are being run through its smart system in compliance with the government’s health protocol and standards.
The company has utilised its Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system in managing EPG facilities and provided the site team with personal digital assistants (PDA) for real-time updates of their routines and tasks.
Gary Reader, General Manager, ServeU, said: “This award is a testimony of our commitment to provide our clients such as EPG, the highest quality of service operations. The size and scale of EPG is ambitious and their commitment to go beyond existing employee welfare standards is impressive. With our collaborative approach, dedication, and advanced technologies, we will continue to provide EPG and its stakeholders excellent services and satisfactory results.”
Yasa Tahir, Executive Director of Service Operations, EPG applauded the win saying: “We are pleased that our facilities management partner was recognized by the Innovation in FM Awards 2021.
“Our priority is to provide a safe and healthy environment for our employees and together with ServeU we can deliver a conducive workspace. We are confident that this collaboration with a leading entity in its field will further support our goal in offering a great place to work for our team.
