The St. Regis Residences, located near Dubai Opera, comprises two impressive and modern towers featuring 1,097 luxury apartments, ranging from one to three-bedroom units, as well as 12 exclusive penthouses. Tower B1 stands at 270 metres tall, while Tower B2 reaches 180 metres. Both towers include five basement levels, a connecting platform, and a podium structure, along with a ground floor and three podium levels. In terms of structural progress, Tower B1 has reached and cast the slab for level 18, with Tower B2 closely following. Construction is progressing swiftly with blockwork, plastering, and drywall installations advancing across several floors. Meanwhile, mechanical and electrical systems are being meticulously integrated to ensure seamless building services. The façade, a vital aspect of the project, is also taking shape, enhancing the towers’ unique aesthetic.
