Trojan General Contracting (TGC) has won a AED 1bn ($272m) contract to build the second phase of Emaar’s Mira Oasis villa project.
Part of Emaar’s Reem Community in Dubai, the contract involves 1,393 three and four bedroom townhouses.
Construction started this month and is expected to complete by the end of 2018, TGC said adding that seven subsidiaries belonging to parent company Trojan Holdings will be involved at various stages of the project.
