UAE-based contractor, ALEC, have been awarded the contract for Dubai Hills Mall – the latest addition to the premier lifestyle destination Dubai Hills Estate.
Located on the corner for Al Khail Road and Umm Suqeim Street, the Dubai Hills Mall will feature 187,500 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA), spread out over ground and first floor levels. The mall will boast over 750 retail and F&B outlets including a range of fast fashion retail and F&B choices.
Dubai Hills Mall will also feature four major family entertainment and leisure centres including a cineplex, a 6,038 sqm hypermarket, seven anchor retail experience stores, and dedicated parking spaces for over 7,000 vehicles.
The architecture and interiors take inspiration from the concept of a central courtyard with a series of
interconnected streetscapes. The scope of work includes construction and completion of Dubai Hills Mall together with associated external works, external services, hard and soft landscaping. The project team have already established on site and have successfully completed 7.4% of the project.
