WSP has completed its name change and new global brand identity, bringing together 85 legacy organisations under one brand.
The engineering and design consultancy became WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff in 2014 following the merger between Canada-based WSP and Parsons Brinckerhoff, the professional services division of Balfour Beatty of the UK.
Greg Kane, Managing Director for WSP in the Middle East commented on the development of the new brand: Our business has expanded significantly in recent years, both organically and through the acquisition of many different businesses.
Today we are over 36,000 people in 40 countries around the world. Whilst we are proud of our history and heritage we believe it is the right time to focus on our shared vision for the future and what that means for our people, clients and partners.
Our business is about challenging the status quo; asking questions, looking at problems from different angles, and finding unique solutions. WSPs new brand speaks to the complexity and challenges of our industry, whilst helping our clients to capitalise on the endless opportunities our people encounter each day.
Ultimately our new brand represents a business that is focused on our people, on helping our clients find solutions to complex issues, celebrating our local expertise, and taking accountability for the impact we have on the future of our communities. The new brand is a statement of who we are now and where we want to be.
