In the past year, Voltas limited has been involved in multiple projects of various scales. Some of them are in various stages of execution while others have been completed. The cumulative value of all these projects exceeds USD 800 Million. Some of the important projects the company is currently working on in the UAE are the DEWA HQ building, Dubai Waste to energy, Dubai Uptown Tower, Zayed Tunnel, and Zayed National Museum. In other GCC countries, the company is working on the Commercial Boulevard district in Qatar and has completed the Oman Across Ages Museum in Oman. Voltas has also begun executing Solar projects in the region. The company continues to book and execute refurbishment projects.
There has been an endeavour in the last 4 years to make the company’s processes almost paperless by going digital and increasing use of automation in the offices and on site. All project management from planning to execution is highly integrated.
The focus in 2022 is to consolidate our current market position in the region. Another target of ours for the year will be to extend our presence in the northern emirates. We are positive about the KSA and Bahrain markets and are looking to book some jobs in the region. We are also hopeful of booking more retrofit jobs in the UAE market.
