Over the past year, AFET been involved in the construction of multiple projects in the region, including the Wyndham Deira waterfront, Intercontinental Residence DFC, and the Dubai World Trade Centre’s 25Hours hotel in UAE; the construction of the Vendome Mall in Qatar; the Mandarin Hotel Riyadh and has made considerable progress on the Jabal Omar Development’s phase three in Saudi Arabia.
In addition to the above, AFET has also been awarded a three-year contract to provide facilities management services for Dubai Municipality’s Mohamed Bin Rashid Library. Furthermore, their maintenance service business grew by 20% in the last year. AFET also made notable progress in some legacy debts collection and closed 2021 on a strong note.
CSR activities for AFET included organising health checkups for staff and others in their facilities; refurbishing the MEP works for a mosque in Abu Dhabi; as well as ensuring internships for students from the USA, Canada, India, and the UAE.
