RAQ has been constructing diverse projects across the United Arab Emirates and has established itself as a premier construction company in the built and design and build space.
RAQ is committed to exceeding the expectations of our customers by adapting powerful thinking, fostering rewarding partnerships and facilitating an environment for empowerment.
The last year has been the busiest for RAQ since the start of 2019. As a result of our push to diversify the types of industries we participate in during and after Covid, we have seen significant benefit. Together we have been able to overcome this pandemic, strengthen our house, and look forward to returning much stronger in 2021-22.
Delivering nine pavilions at Expo 2020, 4 being in active operations, 5 winning awards in their own categories, the delivery of Aviv Clinic, one of a kind, LEED Gold Certified, HBOT Clinic and a successful opening of the new Grand Hyatt extension at Oud Metha are among a few projects that have started during the pandemic and seen successful completions. In addition, FedEx’s hub at Dubai World Central airport, Dubai South, 115 villas compound, Sarab 2 with Arada, Zaha Hadid-designed leisure facilities in Al Jada with Arada, Amazon Fulfillment hub in Abu Dhabi, Emarat, and Landmark Group’s distribution center in Jebel Ali are a few of the big names we are working with.
Furthermore, in the past year RAQ’s intention was to focus internally, ensure legacy projects are closed, and invest in the team. While most clients started to gain trust in the market, contracts of quality with big brand names, fair conditions, and healthy margins were few.
