Mohammad Abdul Karim Khamis is a young Emirati from Dubai and one of the visionaries,
energetic and respected Facilities Management experts in the UAE marketplace. He has
completed his graduation of Bachelor in Civil Engineering& Master’s in Strategic Management
as well as a certified professional in Owner Association by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority
RERA, well trained as Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) from International Facilities
Management Association (IFMA) in New Orleans, Louisiana-USA and Facilities Management
Transformation from Middle East Facilities Management Association (MEFMA) which helped
him to have overall 17+ years hands on experience in Managerial and Operational levels to lead
and strategize the Integrated Facilities Management business.
Mohammad served in various capacities in senior positions and as a General Manager to one of
the well-reputed organizations in UAE. Since inception from establishing and setting up a
company with stringent policies & implement in an effective way during his tenure, and it’s
running in successful manner and compete with market players.
Being an Emirati, he explored and influenced with FM leaders, government departments in UAE
and with top-notch clients are listed as Federal Authority For Identity, Citizenship, Customs &
Ports Security, Emirates Diplomatic Academy, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Culture and
Knowledge Development, Securities and Commodities Authority, Ministry of Community
Development, Dubai Health Authority, Center of Waste Management (Tadweer), General Civil
Aviation Authority, Dubai Police, IACAD & Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment and
many more.
In 2019, Mohammad has started his new journey with the challenge to transform Emirates
National Facilities Management (EnFM), business arm under Emirates Transport group &
Etisalat Facilities Management that belong to UAE Investment Authority (EIA) into a full swing
TFM services operational entity. With his Strong personality, through Strategic Planning,
Financials Management, Cultural Fit as well as Business Development & Operational Excellence
in place. EnFM has witnessed drastic growth both in terms of financial and business expansion.
Over EnFM service coverage reaches to 950 locations covering all the emirates and manpower
strength reached to 3600 staffs.
Mohammad has developed in-house capabilities and capacities to reduce the subcontracting
dependencies in strengthening overall service delivery model for EnFM and institutionalized
B2C new line of business. He is well known for establishing FM Companies bench marking with
the FM Industry standards.
Embarking on his journey of FM Excellence. In 2022, Mohammad won “CEO of the Year” in
Facilities Management Awards for 2022 and other associated awards such as “Best Service
Provider of the Year in 2021 from Federal Authority for Identity and citizenship”, “Technology
and Innovation in FM in 2021”, “Engineering Service of the year in 2022” and more to come in
the coming years
