As the Creative Director of ATI and a licensed, award-winning architect, Dilara currently leads the design for a diverse range of projects worldwide. These include master-planned communities and mixed-use developments in the UAE, high-rise towers in Dubai, a harbor and marina development in Europe, and K-12 schools and university campuses across the Middle East. Her design influence extends to a hospitality project in Oman and several projects in the UAE, including museums, healthcare facilities, public buildings, and factories.
Dilara’s passion lies in crafting unique designs that resonate with both users and their identities. This distinctive style, coupled with her pursuit of design excellence, has established ATI as a preferred partner for prestigious projects and clients, securing them numerous design accolades.
Born in Turkey in 1988, Dilara graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Istanbul Technical University in 2011. While pursuing a master’s degree in real estate development between 2011 and 2013, she gained valuable experience working in leading development and architecture firms. Further expanding her skillset, she obtained a diploma in Interior Design from the University of London in 2015. Throughout her career, Dilara has played a key role in designing award-winning master plans, architectural projects, and interiors. In 2021, she was awarded the Young Talent of the Year Award at the Architecture Leader Awards. Dilara is also a Dubai Municipality Accredited Unlimited Licensed Architect.
Her positive and unwavering “nothing is impossible” attitude inspires the entire team at ATI. A dedicated mentor to young designers and a role model for women in the field, Dilara’s design philosophy goes beyond aesthetics. She crafts spaces that prioritise people’s experiences. Her vision is to create spaces that seamlessly blend user needs, functionality, and well-being, ultimately enhancing user experience.
