The PIF of Saudi Arabia has entered into an arrangement with Six Flags to develop and design a Six Flags-branded theme park.

Rights issue will fund the bulk of the $700mn theme park. 

Financing with three Abu Dhabi banks will part fund Six Flags theme park.
