With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Ayah is a highly skilled Senior Project Manager who has successfully navigated both the contracting and consultancy sides of the field. She began her career in hands-on building construction before transitioning into project management. Since joining Dewan Architects + Engineers in 2021, she has led complex developments, combining technical expertise with strategic oversight to ensure efficient project delivery and stakeholder management.
Ayah holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Diploma in Space Planning and a LEED Green Associate (LEED GA) accreditation. Her diverse background enables her to bridge the gap between architectural vision and structured project management methodologies, ensuring seamless project execution. She believes that the core of project management lies in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
