Sevgi Gur’s impressive career spans two decades working with some of the world’s most well-known brands, such as Unilever, Mastercard and the UAE’s very own OSN.
She is currently Chief Marketing Officer at Property Finder, MENA’s leading property portal, where she curates brand strategies that are rooted in understanding the market, as well as Property Finder’s customers and consumers.

Sevgi also champions initiatives that elevate talent and foster inclusivity, from recognising and celebrating female talent at the annual Property Finder Awards to launching the SheForShe program in 2023. The initiative connects established female real estate leaders with emerging female talent to nurture the next set of female leaders in the industry. The move is in line with efforts to grow female leadership representation within the UAE, as data from the nation’s government portal shows that 30% of local businesses are currently led by women.
Outside of her role, Sevgi sits on the committee of IWBD – On Board Women and is a three-time jury member at the Smarties Global Awards, which recognise and reward innovation and impact across best in class international marketing campaigns. She has also shared her insights as a panelist on various market platforms, including ‘Building Brands in a VUCA World’ at the 14th Global Edition of Vibe Martech Fest.
As a female leader, Sevgi has experienced firsthand the complexities of tackling biases and amplifying her voice beyond boardrooms. “Drawing from my journey in consumer goods, entertainment, real estate, and technology, she believes addressing the “female challenge” requires a fundamental shift in mindset across all sectors.”
To navigate these pressures, she turned to yoga and meditation over 15 years ago, which taught her to embrace the beauty in struggle, while providing clarity, mental agility and the courage to make bold decisions. By finding balance and purpose, yoga has helped her create meaningful change while maintaining her well-being.
