Winning campaigns address a challenge in the marketplace, utilise outstanding creative elements, and incorporate a thorough marketing plan to deliver a successful execution; they exhibit specific marketing goals and objectives accomplished through creative social media execution and strategic planning

The award for Property Management Company of the Year will go to a PM firm or asset management firm that’s making rapid strides either through its own FM division, or via its outsourced FM operator. Best demonstrating the value for its clients and stakeholders while keeping service charges competitive.
