Taher is an IIMA Alumni, member of IPA Australia, IFA UK, CPA (US), and he has worked in various finance and business management roles over the past fifteen years in Canada and UAE across various sectors such as banking, hospitality, and professional services. Taher has been working with the EFS Group of companies since 2010 and is currently a part of the leadership team responsible for Finance, Technology, and Supply Chain for the Group, reporting to Group CEO and the Board.

Taher has led the implementation of various innovations and digital transformation initiatives across the Group to drive process engineering and transformation whilst he also led multiple acquisitions and special projects.

Naganandh Muthulakshmanan

Naganandh Muthulakshmanan is currently employed as Executive Director at Imdaad. A visionary strategist and leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering on business objectives, Naganandh joined Imdaad in 2015. Initially employed as head of the company’s Abu Dhabi office, he was subsequently placed in charge of the entire UAE operations after successfully overseeing a period of sustained growth in the city.

In his role as Executive Director, Naganandh is responsible for a full range of profit and loss functions including identifying revenue opportunities, developing business strategies, and establishing practical action plans.
