Judges will be looking for an exemplary track record of delivering a number of high-quality projects to clients on time and on budget during this period and to the highest standards of safety.
Entries for the Contractor of the Year category should support their nomination with no more than 1,000 words and include the following information:
- Name of the company, workforce, headquarters
- Financial results for the previous two years or nearest estimates
- Demonstrate ways in which the company has grown in the past year in terms of revenue, profit, opening new offices, expanding its service offering
- Details of all new contracts won during this period
- Details of projects completed during the period
- Evidence of delivering projects on time and to budget
- Evidence of an impeccable safety record
- Details of any CSR and Sustainability initiatives

Contenders for the Consultant of the Year award will need to demonstrate a strong track record of delivering a number of exceptional projects in the 12 months to the end of August 2018. Judges will award extra merit for evidence of innovation and successful delivery of complex, ambitious projects. All types of construction consultancy companies (quantity surveyors, cost consultants, engineering consultants, project management consultants, etc) are qualified to nominate.
